Service Focus Statements are accepted by the SFT when they are service issues that affect, or could affect, many customers.

Software bugs: These should be raised as a Service Request via Teradata at Your Service, or through your normal way of raising such issues. Issues specific to your site: These should be discussed with your Teradata Account Manager.
